Nancy began her career with the Law Offices of Tony Seaton, PLLC in 2009. Nancy holds the title of Paralegal, specializing in Workers’ Compensation and Personal Injury. Nancy works directly with the attorneys, staff, and with each client assuring quality service.

Nancy has resided in East Tennessee all her life. She is married to Dustin Whistine, and they have one daughter, Leia, who is a toy Chihuahua. She enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and her two nephews. Nancy is actively involved in several local charities such as, Washington County Head Start Program, and local homeless agencies.
